Forecast: June Weather Doesn't Get Much Nicer Than This

This article is more than 3 years old.

What an amazing Tuesday of weather! High pressure was in control, bringing lots of sunshine and warm, but not too warm temperatures.

This morning we find mainly clear skies and a pleasantly cool start to the day. Today will be similar to yesterday, but a few degrees warmer. If you are in the sun during the middle of the day it’s going to feel quite warm or even hot. However, the air will be dry, and humidity won’t be a factor.

It still looks like the nice weather will continue into the weekend. As I mentioned yesterday, there will be a storm moving south of New England Sunday. It still appears the storm will miss us, but things can change. If it happens, the storm would just bring showers. For now, I’ll leave Sunday's forecast as it is with sunshine.

There are some signs it turns hot and humid next week, but I am not convinced it’s going to get that warm — and if it does, it shouldn’t last too long. The models have been backing off on the heat for next week.

Whatever happens next week, you can rest assured the remainder of this one is going to provide some of the best weather of the entire summer. Sunshine and pleasantly warm readings with comfortable sleeping weather all combine to let me deem this a top 10 few days, so enjoy them!
