Man Fatally Stabbed In East Boston

A man was fatally stabbed in Boston early Wednesday morning, officials say.

Around 6:54 a.m., Boston police say they responded to a call for a person stabbed in the area of 214 Paris St. in East Boston. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police have not identified any suspects yet.
