How School Finance Works: Two Fact-Checking Tweetstorms In The Charter Debate

Radio Boston has been exploring two underlying causes of strained school budgets in this last week of the debate over the charter cap. Working with producer Kathleen McNerney, I posted these findings on Twitter, in two separate "tweetstorms."
