Former EPA Head Gina McCarthy Joins The Natural Resources Defense Council

Former Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy is a new president of the Natural Resources Defense Council. She joins WBUR's All Things Considered to discuss how her experience as EPA head during the Obama administration helps her to lead this nonprofit dedicated to environmental protection.
