VIDEO: Mayor Marty Walsh Addresses Boston's Coronavirus Response

Boston Mayor Marty Walsh called on Bostonians to look out for one another and do everything they can to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

"We are a city of miracles and comebacks," he said in a speech broadcast from City Hall Tuesday night. "There's nothing we can't do when we stand together. We've faced frightening situations before. And we learned what it means to be Boston strong. That's the strength we need right now."

City officials Tuesday launched a new daily text service providing information about the coronavirus and response. To get the text updates, text BOSCOVID to the number 99411.
