Here's who's running for attorney general in Massachusetts

Attorney General Maura Healey is trying to climb the mountain her past three predecessors failed to scale; she's running for governor. She's enjoyed some early polling success after her announcement, but so did attorneys general Martha Coakley, Tom Reilly and Scott Harshbarger, who all ended up out of statewide politics after their runs.

But Healey's departure means there's a prime opening for others, and several attorney general candidates have come forward since she's announced her gubernatorial bid.
