Rep. Clark reacts to Biden's State of the Union address

President Biden gave his State of The Union address to the nation Tuesday night.

Rep. Katherine Clark, of the Massachusetts congressional delegation, is also assistant speaker of the House.

She joined WBUR's Morning Edition host Rupa Shenoy to share her reactions to the president's speech.
