The pandemic has been tough on everyone, but parents and other caretakers face added challenges trying to care for others.

As many companies start to ask their workers to return in person, people who got used to staying home with those they care for may be facing even more challenges.

If you're a working parent or caretaker and have found yourself struggling to balance  those caretaking duties with returning to work — or even have decided not to return altogether — we want to hear from you.

Are you handling the shift back to work well and have tips for other caretakers? We'd like to hear from you, too.
