Sunday's Juneteenth celebrations include a parade in Nubian Square, the Roxbury commercial district that is home to Frugal Bookstore. It's the neighborhood's only Black-owned bookstore.

Leonard Egerton and Clarrissa Cropper Egerton are the husband-and-wife owners of the shop. They tell WBUR's Weekend Edition host Sharon Brody it's more than a business.

This segment aired on June 19, 2022.
