Phillip Eng, new head of the MBTA, talks about his first week on the job

MBTA General Manager Phillip Eng just completed his first week on what's been called the most difficult job in Massachusetts. The agency has experienced a wave of challenges, from service disruptions to slowdowns to a staffing shortage. He spoke with WBUR's Morning Edition about how he plans to rebuild trust with riders and get the trains running at normal speeds again.
