Mass. high court says pedestrians could challenge arrests for racial bias
PlayPedestrians in Massachusetts who are stopped, frisked, and arrested by police may now have grounds on which to challenge the charges. The state’s highest court ruled earlier this week that defendants can challenge those charges on the grounds of racial bias.
