18-year-old Massachusetts delegate talks about how young voters see the Harris campaign

As party members gather at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago this week, many of the state delegates are younger voters. Eighteen-year-old Ella Hogan from Holden, Massachusetts is a delegate for commonwealth at the convention. Hogan joins WBUR's Morning Edition to talk about the convention, Vice President Harris' campaign and how young voters are thinking about the election.
