Can Harvard use its endowment to escape financial storm clouds?

At more than $50 billion, Harvard's is the largest academic endowment in the world.

But Evan Horowitz of the Center for State Policy Analysis at Tufts University says it still won't be easy for the school to offset the loss of roughly $2 billion in federal funds frozen by the Trump administration.

Horowitz joins WBUR's All Things Considered.
