'People are going to die': Healey on proposed Medicaid cuts

Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey joins WBUR's Morning Edition to discuss a proposal by U.S. House Republicans to slash hundreds of billions in Medicaid funding. Healey also addressed the nearly $600 million gap between her plan to fund the MBTA, and the T funding plan the state Senate has put forth.
