Northeastern governors and Canadian premiers discuss tariff economic pains

Northeastern governors and eastern Canadian premiers are hoping to chart a course together to get around President Trump's trade war against Canada.

Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey brought the leaders together yesterday in Boston.
