World Cup: More about the host cities, including Boston
The 2026 World Cup is a little different than past editions of the tournament. Hosting duties are split between three countries: The U.S., Mexico and Canada. In all, 16 cities will serve as host for the monthlong event. That's a far cry from 2022, when all of the matches were played within miles of each other in Doha, Qatar.
Here's a little more about all of the host cities for 2026, including Boston (even though the matches will be played down the road in Foxborough).
