In Pakistan, the Baluch Para neighborhood is a community of about 10,000 Baluchis and the third-largest Baluch neighborhood in the port city of Karachi. Many ordinary Baluchis go there seeking opportunity -- and escape from the low-level insurgency in Baluchistan.
