This year the men of the PBA Tour will have to contend with Kelly Kulick, who in June became the first female to earn an exemption through the PBA's qualifying trials. Only A Game's Greg Echlin is at the first event of the new season, the USBC Masters, currently ongoing at Wauwatosa, Wisconsin's Bowlero lanes.
The eight teams still alive in Major League Soccer's post-season will be cut in half over the weekend. Grant Wahl, who covers soccer for Sports Illustrated, irons out the finer points of some playoff controversy and predicts the semi-final pool.
