Wendy Sutter, internationally acclaimed cellist and professor of music performance at Columbia University. She made her solo debut with the Seattle Symphony at age sixteen. From 1993 to 1998, she was a member of the White Oak Chamber Ensemble touring with Mikhail Baryshnikov. From 2001 to 2007, she was a member of the Bang on a Can All-Stars, which commissions and performs contemporary music.
