Former Vermont Gov. Madeleine Kunin Reflects On Her Life In Politics

Madeleine Kunin has been on the front-lines of important issues for decades.

She was the first woman elected governor of Vermont, where she served three terms.

Kunin is now 85, and she's out with a memoir, "Coming of Age ... My Journey to the Eighties."

She fled Nazi Europe for America and has had an incredible career here, from governor of Vermont, to ambassador to Switzerland, to deputy secretary of education in Washington.
