Those who deny the science behind climate change, vaccinations, and other important social issues have become a more vocal and influential group in recent years. Lee McIntyre is a philosopher of science, and his new book, "The Scientific Attitude: Defending Science from Denial, Fraud, and Pseudoscience," focuses on how to deal with a growing movement that rejects science outright.
