We reflect 10 years after the suicide of Phoebe Prince, a 15-year-old from South Hadley who was bullied in school. Her death, as well as the suicide of 11-year-old Carl Walker-Hoover, led to new state laws about bullying. We speak with WBUR's Carrie Jung and Nancy Rappaport, a child psychiatrist and an associate professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
