New Hampshire Challenging Whether Residents Employed In Mass. Should Pay Income Tax While Working At Home

New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu says the state's Department of Justice is reviewing a Massachusetts tax regulation that allows the state to collect income tax from New Hampshire residents who work for Massachusetts-based companies, even if they have been working from home, out-of-state, for months due to the pandemic.
