Boston College and the City of Newton are at odds after news last week that cases among BC students have spiked.

After meeting with BC officials about their testing, isolation and contact tracing practices, Newton Mayor Ruthanne Fuller expressed concern about the situation to Newton residents in an email on Saturday night.
