Here is the Radio Boston rundown for Dec. 30. Tiziana Dearing is our host.

  • The vaccine rollout is stumbling. The federal government is behind in distribution and states lack funding. So, we ask: where are we, really, on vaccinations in Massachusetts? We're joined by Dr. Davidson Hamer, professor of infectious diseases and medicine at the Boston University School of Medicine, and WBUR reporter Martha Bebinger.
  • Want to say goodbye to 2020? We definitely do. But just saying "Happy New Year" doesn't feel right this year, so we're saying "Good Riddance 2020." We ask how our listeners are marking the end of 2020 and reflect on an extraordinarily tough year with Beth Teitell, a reporter for the Boston Globe, and Quiana Agbai, author of the blog and Instagram account "Harlem Love Birds.
  • As we'll be toasting midnight from home, we called the craft cocktail supply store The Boston Shaker in Somerville to help us lean into the champagne with two special champagne cocktail recipes.

This program aired on December 30, 2020.
