While employers struggle to fill empty jobs, more workers are organizing and striking, like at the Museum of Fine Arts. Will this be just a blip on the radar, or is this a true moment of transformation for labor in this country? First, we speak with Tom Juravich, labor historian, and a professor at the UMass Amherst Labor Center. Then, we hear from Eve Mayberger, assistant conservator and a member of the newly-formed bargaining committee at the Museum of Fine Arts, and Maida Rosenstein, president of United Auto Workers Local 2110, the union the MFA workers voted to join.

This segment aired on December 8, 2021.
