We're talking through the implications of the week's biggest stories for us here in Greater Boston today, and this one you can sum up with: How 'bout those gas prices?

It's a complicated question, further complicated by both ballooning rent prices in cities where people are increasingly being called back to work in-person, and rising inflation that is far outpacing wages.

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu hopes what she calls, "rent stabilization" might help. She's launched a panel to give her ideas how to do it.

Evan Horowitz, Executive Director at the Center for State Policy Analysis at Tufts University, joins us to take calls and work through what we might be seeing at the pumps and in the housing market in the near future.

This segment aired on March 11, 2022.
