Soaring gas prices are a tough pill to swallow on top of rising rent and inflation

It's a complicated question, further complicated by both ballooning rent prices in cities where people are increasingly being called back to work in-person, and rising inflation that is far outpacing wages.

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu hopes what she calls, "rent stabilization" might help. She's launched a panel to give her ideas how to do it.
