Mass. Trial Court works with design students to improve user experience

The Massachusetts Trial Court is working to improve design and user experiences inside its courts. John Laing, the court's chief experience and diversity officer, is partnering with Bentley University students to upgrade signage, restraining order processes and other court experiences.
