New program aims to teach minority business owners about leadership

A new program called Pathways to Scale aims to help minority-owned businesses make it in the long term. They do this by training those owners to focus on leadership, alongside the day-to-day operations of running their companies.

We take a look at the program with Darrell Byers, CEO of Interise, and Vicki Gray, founder and owner of New Chapter HI Services, a property management and painting company in Cambridge, and one of the graduating businesses from the program.
