Brookline-born comedian Alex Edelman is headed to Broadway

Alex Edelman comes from an accomplished family with deep Boston roots. The Brookline-born comedian's dad is an MIT professor and a doctor; his mom is a lawyer, and his brother represented Israel in the 2018 Olympics.

Edelman's new solo show, "Just For Us," explores the comic's Orthodox Jewish upbringing and experiences with antisemitism. It's playing at the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts now through April 23rd. Then, it's headed to Broadway.
