New report shows a state tax meant for community projects is being underutilized for affordable housing

A new report from the Center for State Policy Analysis at Tufts University in conjunction with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board found that more than a third of communities using Community Preservation Act funds aren't meeting an existing requirement around spending on housing initiatives. We talk about why these communities are falling short and what it could mean for the whole state when they do.
