A four-year-old child was killed by a hit-and-run driver this week. It was a heartbreaking reminder that street safety is a key part of wellbeing and quality of life for Bostonians. But, as protests and counter-protests rage in West Roxbury over a planned street redesign, can we see eye-to-eye on how to accomplish it?
