Mayor Wu's affordable housing plan picks up steam

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu wants new commercial housing developments to set aside 17 percent of their units as income-restricted spaces. Current requirements mandate 13 percent affordability.

Boston Globe real estate and development reporter Catherine Carlock, along with Marc Draisen of the Metropolitan Area Planning Council, joined Radio Boston to break down Wu's plan.
