What Massachusetts' new tax proposal means for Healey's competitiveness goals

Gov. Maura Healey has until Sunday, Oct. 8 to act on the new tax relief proposal sitting on her desk.

Within the bill are many provisions that can put money back in Massachusetts residents' pockets. Can the proposal also keep people from leaving in favor of more affordable states?
