Former three-term Massachusetts Gov. Michael Dukakis turns 90 Friday. Radio Boston takes a look at his legacy in the commonwealth, from strong investments in children and the MBTA, to the signing of the so called "right-to-shelter" law in 1983. Two of his friends and former colleagues join us to share their reflections.
