Boston Dynamics latest splash in the world of robotics could have ripple effects in Mass.

Boston's robotics scene just welcomed a new member.

Its name is Atlas, made by Boston Dynamics. It runs on electricity, can swivel most of its body parts in 360 degrees. Despite previous claims that they'd never sell a version of the bot, the company now says it is going to, so Atlas could soon come to a warehouse near you
