The debate on Nantucket over vacation rentals

Earlier this year, the Massachusetts Land Court found that certain kinds of vacation rentals on Nantucket are illegal. The decision poured gasoline on long-smoldering tensions on the island about short-term rentals' impact on housing affordability and quality of life.
