On Monday, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court will hear oral arguments in a case that pits state Attorney General Andrea Campbell against the town of Milton.

In February, Milton voters rejected a plan that would have put the town in compliance with a state law requiring communities near T stops to zone for more housing. The Attorney General sued, looking to force the town into compliance with the MBTA Communities Act.

Peter Karol, faculty director of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property at the University of New Hampshire, joins Radio Boston to discuss the case.

This segment aired on October 4, 2024.
