Question 2 opponent talks about Mass. education without MCAS graduation requirement
Public high school students in Massachusetts will now be able to graduate without passing the MCAS. Around 59% of voters approved ballot Question 2 on Tuesday, backing the campaign to end the use of the state standardized test as a graduation requirement.
