State Sen. Brownsberger on why he's out on Wu's property tax shift plan

Massachusetts state Sen. Will Brownsberger joins Radio Boston to discuss the collapse of Boston Mayor Michelle Wu's plan to avert a property tax spike for city homeowners by temporarily raising rates on commercial property owners. Brownsberger says he has privately long held concerns about the plan.
