Mass.'s new veterans services secretary wants to prioritize support in healthcare and the workplace

Dr. Eric Goralnick was appointed as Massachusetts' secretary of veterans services earlier this year.

He's spent the past three months traveling across the state to talk with veterans as VA services across the country face huge cuts.

Goralnick joins WBUR's All Things Considered host Lisa Mullins to talk about what he's heard so far and what he wants to focus on while in office.
