Poet Eavan Boland

On this week's show award-winning poet Eavan Boland gave a lecture as part of the Robert Lowell Memorial Lecture Series.

Hosted by the Creative Writing Program, the Robert Lowell Memorial Lecture Series is a series of high-profile poetry readings celebrating the legacy of the historic Boston University class in which Robert Lowell once taught poets Sylvia Plath, Anne Sexton, and George Starbuck.

Ms. Boland was introduced by former U.S. Poet Laureate, Robert Pinsky.
