Curated Cuisine is a monthly series examining all things edible, from the chefs cooking the food to the writers reviewing the recipes. Meet the people shaping the food industry, both local and national and enjoy a post-show bite inspired by the conversation.
For the first time ever, the CitySpace team asked you to choose the topic of one of our Curated Cuisine events during the summer. The response was an overwhelming vote for a summer classic: lobster rolls. So we put together a top-notch panel of experts on all things lobster.
Jeremy Sewall is a James Beard Award-nominated chef, author and owner of Row 34. Since his childhood, Sewall has spent summers in Maine with his family feasting on lobsters, clams and other New England specialties. Joining him is rising star Michael Serpa, former executive chef of Neptune Oyster and now chef and partner of Select Oyster Bar and Little Whale Oyster Bar. Serpa is a James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best Chef: Northeast.
