President Mulls Tax On Wall Street

The Obama Administration is considering a new tax on big banks to recoup as much as $120 billion in bailout money and cut the federal deficit. The proposal is expected to be part of the budget the White House submits to Congress on February 2nd. So what's on the table? We speak with Binyamin Appelbaum, banking reporter for the Washington Post.
