The Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life recently asked Americans basic questions about Christianity, the Bible and World Religion and most of the people in the study flunked. The group that scored the highest? Atheists!
According to the Pew Forum, Americans averaged only 16 correct answers out of 32 questions. Atheists and agnostics averaged 20.9 correct answers — the highest score of any group tested.
