Is the flurry of productivity in the lame duck Congress setting Obama up as a "comeback kid?" So far, Congress has passed a tax-cut compromise, a repeal of the military's "Don't Ask Don't Tell" policy and a food safety bill.

This segment aired on December 20, 2010.
