What Does Your Plate Look Like?

The USDA replaced the much-criticized food pyramid last week with a plate to guide Americans' eating habits. The new "MyPlate" calls on Americans to fill half of their plates with fruits and vegetables and limit protein to about a quarter.

How close is your dinner plate to the new guide? Are at least half of your grains whole?
