After saying "we can't wait" for Congress to act, President Obama is slated to begin issuing a series of executive actions to move his economic agenda forward.

Monday's action will change the eligibility standards for a mortgage refinance program to help more underwater homeowners stay in their homes.

On Wednesday, the President will announce a policy change making it easier for college graduates to repay federal student loans.

White House officials say the President will announce a new initiative every week until the end of the year, including new rules to help veterans and small businesses.
