Crunch Time At Climate Change Talks

The UK's climate change secretary says countries must decide whether they really want a treaty that can curb global warming before the current talks wrap up in South Africa this weekend. Negotiators from poorer nations and the European Union say the U.S., China and India are standing in the way.
