Court Rules That UK Can Extradite Terror Suspects To US
PlayEurope's human rights court ruled Tuesday that a radical Muslim cleric and four other terror suspects can be moved from Britain to the U.S. to face charges.
The suspects had argued that they could be subjected to torture or degrading treatment in U.S. prisons, but the court rejected those claims. And many are wondering now how this squares with the stiff opposition President Obama faced when he wanted to try suspects being held at Guantanamo Bay in the U.S.
